This policy explains how CodeSync Systems (“CodeSync”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, or engage us for a project.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a contact or proposal request, we collect the details you provide directly: name, email, company, and project description. When you request an intro call, we also collect the time you chose and anything you tell us about the call. We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about site usage (pages viewed, referring source, general location) and, if you accept cookies, a preference cookie that remembers your consent choice and display settings.
3. How we use it
Contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to deliver and invoice that work. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for basic analytics and to remember your cookie preference. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Data sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, email delivery and the database behind our client portal, where intro call requests are stored and only our team can see them), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. Agency and reseller partners see only the information relevant to the projects they have engaged us on.

Inquiry and project information is kept for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion, by writing to the contact below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls, to protect information in our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
